Liberation Station - the St Helier Bus Terminus

Liberation Station is the main bus terminus for the Connex Bus Service.  It is situated at the Liberty Wharf complex on the Esplanade (a location map is provided below).  Liberation Station took over from the old Weighbridge Bus Station which closed in September 2007.

Compact and purpose built, Liberation Station is a great modern facility, another major step in the Transport and Technical Services plan towards a new and improved transport service for the public.

The Passenger Hall in Liberation Station provides an indoor area for passengers to wait until their bus is ready for boarding. It is equipped with seating, information display screens, a café and information desk. In the evenings, any services which depart after 6.40pm will operate from the four pavement bays outside the station, where there is a covered area for passengers to wait.

The information screens around the station regularly update customers with the location and departure times of buses leaving from the station.
