Claim form for DIY Housebuilders

This is the claim form for Do It Yourself Housebuilders who wish to reclaim GST on goods purchased during the construction of a domestic residence. Claimants should ensure that the claim is made in accordance with the rules described in the booklet "Jersey's Goods & Services Tax - Refunds for DIY Builders".

Claim form for International Service Entities

This claim form is for International Service Entities (ISEs) (who are listed with the Comptroller of Income Tax) who wish to reclaim any GST that has been paid by them to suppliers of goods and services. The claim form is also used by charities to reclaim any GST paid by them.

Claim form for Charities

This claim form is for recognised charities, (in possession of a letter from the Comptroller of Income Tax) who wish to reclaim any GST paid to suppliers of goods or services. This claim form is also for use by International Service Entities (ISEs). Please read the booklet "Jersey's Goods and Services Tax - Treatment of Charities" for details of how often you should claim.
