An Assembly of Principals and Electors of the Parish of St Ouen will be held on Monday 29 April 2024 at 7pm in St Ouen’s Parish Church to:

  • ​receive, and if deemed advisable, approve the minutes of the Assembly held on 21 February 2024
  • consider a recommendation of Le Rectorat to be party to the contract of sale of the property known as “Rochemont”, La Rue de la Croute, St. Ouen (“the Property”) by Graeme Pierre Le Saux, Jeanette Susan Blair (née Le Saux) and Alison Christine Le Saux, to Richard Alexander Dawson and Courtney Jade Simpson or, in the event of the sale of the Property prior to the meeting of the Assembly, to be party to a contract of arrangement with Richard Alexander Dawson and Courtney Jade Simpson, in order to agree the boundaries of the Property with the Rectorat and to agree certain rights relating to the Property
  • in the event that Item 2 be approved, to authorise any four members of Le Rectorat to be party to the contract of sale of “Rochemont”
