Notice is hereby given that on 25 May 2023 the Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority (JCRA) issued an Initial Notice exercising a specified regulatory function under the Telecommunications (Jersey) Law 2002 to modify the Class II and Class III licences of Clear Mobitel (Jersey) Limited, Home Net Limited, Jersey Airtel Limited, JT (Jersey) Limited, Newtel Limited and Sure (Jersey) Limited. The JCRA has now served those modified licences on the respective licensees.
