Voluntary winding up of Marmari Investments Limited (the “Company”), which is incorporated under the Act with IBC registration no. 189148.

Notice is hereby given of the appointment of Regis B. Hoareau of Room 304, Premier Building, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles as the Company’s liquidator and of the commencement of the Company’s voluntary winding up and dissolution under Sub-Part II of Part XVII of the International Business Companies Act 2016 on 20 May 2022.
