An Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of St. Helier will be held at 7pm on Tuesday 13 December 2022 at the Town Hall;
Parishioners are asked to take into consideration and, if deemed advisable:
- to approve the Minutes of the Parish Assembly held on 30 November 2022
- following agreement of the Central Market Management, to consider an application by Franciso Javier Lora Reina in respect of premises 34 - 41 Central Market, St Helier, holder of a 3rd category licence, to vary the licence to remove/change the current specified hours for the sale of alcohol, to enable the restaurant to open on nights when Market Management are in agreement
- to recommend to the Licensing Assembly the following applications for licences for the year 2023 in virtue of the Licensing (Jersey) Law 1974:
