Request
Please send me the information to which I am entitled under Article 8 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011, in relation to the following:

The relevant documentation should date back to the 18 of January 2018, in order to show any possible changes, within the last year, to the validity and or ownership of those trading licences, vehicle registrations and Insurance Policies.
Please note that I am aware that D.V.S. is not the provider of insurance for either of these companies and so I understand that the information you may hold with regards to their insurance policies would be limited if anything at all. If you only keep on record the details of whom the insurance providers are, in order to determine that the companies are in fact insured, then please state the details you do hold for the insurance provider(s) of both companies, for the entire period of 2018.
