Please provide a list of all “entitled” status States Employees whereby entitled status was originally gained “On social or economic grounds and judged as being in the best interests of the community”, Please list both their job title and their Department.
It is inconceivable that the States would not have this information readily available as it would be vital to the management of the island’s population.
The law changed so that these essentially employed immigrants could buy as soon as they arrive.
This is distorting the housing market and information is required to understand the number of public sector employees employed into the Island on this basis.
