Request
A
With regard to the subsidised TV Licence for the elderly in Jersey over the age of 75 years old, I would like to know the annual cost to fund this subsidy over the past three years?
B
I would also like to know why all residents in Jersey are forced to pay for a TV Licence, when in recent years this Service Fee has been reclassified as a UK Tax within the UK Parliament and the Office for National Statistics?

I would finally like to know what the Legal status is for a Jersey Resident when forced to pay any Tax issued in the UK for goods and services such as the BBC World Wide Service?
