Who has shares in the Jersey Electricity Company and when were they purchased?

The information requested is not held by the Government of Jersey, therefore Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
Jersey Electricity’s ‘A’ Ordinary Shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange main market and are regulated by the Listing Rules which are applicable to any company listed in the United Kingdom and subject to oversight of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
