I would like to know when the decision to approve the planning application for (P/2021/0823) was posted on the website for public knowledge?
Response
The planning application was first presented to the Planning Committee on 30 September 2021, with an officer recommendation to refuse it. However, the Planning Committee decided that it was minded to approve the application.
In such circumstances, the item is deferred for the collection of further information and placed on the next available Committee agenda for ratification. The item was duly placed on the Committee's agenda of 21 October 2021 and approved, subject to the applicant agreeing to enter into a Planning Obligation Agreement with the Chief Officer.
The Planning Obligation Agreement was duly prepared and signed on 11 November 2021, at which point planning permission was granted and the information was updated on the website that same day.
