To ensure the safety of the local people, what types of security protocols are in place to ensure the first refugees from the war in Ukraine to arrive in Jersey have no connection with Azov battalion far right groups, and are not connected with the biological labs. 

Response 

Security and identity checks are conducted by UK authorities on all persons applying to enter the UK and Islands as part of the visa application process. These checks are a vital part of keeping our community safe and no visas are issued without satisfactory checks taking place.
