A and B
The Liquid Waste team, within the Department for Infrastructure and Environment (I&E), is responsible for the management, maintenance and treatment of the foul and surface water within the sewer infrastructure.
It should be noted that the name of the department has changed a few times over the requested period, however, the Liquid Waste team have always fallen under the remit of Minister for Infrastructure.

Table 1 of the attached spreadsheet details the information requested in cubic metres, as the Liquid Waste team record this information in this format.

It should be noted that generally there are no treatment costs in relation to surface water, however, during high tides some flows need to be lifted over the tide level.
