Please advise how many cases have been successfully prosecuted by the Jersey Courts since 2018 to date, for failure to have a valid television licence?

Successful prosecution is not the role of the Jersey Courts; rather the role of the Jersey Courts is to administer justice. There have been no prosecutions brought to the Jersey courts in the past five years for failure to have a valid television licence.
