Please advise what speed checks or speed monitoring have been undertaken from 2019 to the end of September 2023 by the States of Jersey Police, the Grouville Honorary Police or any Government of Jersey department on the section or road between the junction of La Rue De Grouville and La Rue a Don and the junction of La Rue Des Fonds and La Rue a Don.
Within the above date range please provide for each year the date these checks took place and the time scale (in minutes) to which the officers involved were on scene doing these checks or monitoring. Did any prosecutions arise from the above? If monitoring did take place please include these results in the answer.
Response
Between the specified dates, neither the States of Jersey Police, nor the Government of Jersey have any records of speed checks or surveys conducted on La Rue a Don between the junctions of La Rue de Grouville and La Rue des Fonds. Article 3 of the Freedom of Information Law applies.
No individuals have been prosecuted for driving at excessive speed between the specified dates along this section of La Rue a Don.
