Please confirm the number of nuisance complaints that have been lodged with the Department of the Environment or Planning department from 1 January 2018 to 31 October 2023 in respect of Pentagon West, Unit 11, St Peter Technical Park, JE3 7ZN.

One nuisance complaint has been identified for the requested period following a review of the records held by following teams within Infrastructure and Environment.
It should be noted that ECP complaints and enquiry records are only retained for 3 years after the closure of the record in accordance with their retention schedule. Therefore, information regarding any older complaints received are not held and Article 10 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.

(1) Subject to paragraph (2), if –
(a) a person makes a request for information to a scheduled public authority; and
(b) the authority does not hold the information, it must inform the applicant accordingly.
