Health and Community Services (HCS) have commissioned a report by the Royal College of Physicians (RCP) into the Rheumatology Service. By letters dated 19 December 2023, HCS confirmed they were in possession of a draft report and was at that time currently being checked for factual accuracies.

Please provide a copy of communications or associated documents between HCS and RCP in relation to the commissioning of the report.

​Please provide a copy of communications or associated documents related to the factual checking of the report.

As this is accessible by other means, Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied.
