Request

Please share statistics on the number of young people referred by Jersey CAMHS to off-island units for the last five years.

Response

Due to the small number of off island CAMHS placements it is only possible to report that in the five-year period 2019 to February 2024 up to and including the 15 February 2024 there were six children referred by CAMHS for off island care.

As numbers are small, disclosure control has been applied to protect the privacy of individuals. Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied.
