Please advise which outside groups, organisations or individuals have been given permission to hold an information occasion for States members in one of the Assembly rooms such as the Ivy Forster meeting room within the States building in the last five years.
Please provide a list that identifies these individuals or organisations together with the dates when that these took place.
Response
There is no central log of briefings provided to States Members.
A Scheduled Public Authority is not obliged to create new datasets or manipulate existing data to address Freedom of Information requests. As records are not held in a format that allows for this information to be discerned without extensive manual interrogation, and as examining multiple calendars over five years would exceed the timescales prescribed in the Freedom of Information (Costs) (Jersey) Regulations 2014, Article 16 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied.

(1) A scheduled public authority that has been requested to supply information may refuse to supply the information if it estimates that the cost of doing so would exceed an amount determined in the manner prescribed by Regulations.
This response has been issued on behalf of the States Greffe. The States Greffe is responsible for the information held by (and on behalf of) both itself and the States Assembly. Neither the States Assembly nor the States Greffe form part of the Government of Jersey and the Government was not involved either in the examination and retrieval of any information required for this response, nor in the drafting of the response itself.
