Please provide the re-offending rates for Jersey prisoners for each of the last five years.  How many individuals have reoffended and served a further sentence in La Moye Prison over the past five years?

The Government of Jersey does not routinely collect this information; therefore it is not held. Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.

For the purposes of this Law, information is held by a public authority if – 

(a)     it is held by the authority, otherwise than on behalf of another person; or 

(b)     it is held by another person on behalf of the authority. ​
