Why are the lights in the Children's care building on the corner of La Motte Street and Hilary Street on constantly, even at weekends?

Liberte House is accessed by key staff outside of normal office hours as a number of the teams that use the building have ‘on call’ or ‘out of hours’ staffing arrangements or have flexible working agreements.

The building is also serviced by cleaners, maintenance and other contractors who also work outside of normal office hours and during the weekends.​
