About Connect Me events
Connect Me events, previously known as Closer to Home is a way of making activities and services accessible for Islanders of all ages. We organise events in various locations around the Island and provide advice, support and activities free of charge.
The mobile event makes it easier for people to access services that can improve their wellbeing by bringing together:
- Government services
- charities
- community organisations
We offer a wide range of services and activities which include:
- social activities, such as arts and crafts
- exercise classes
- support and advice
Upcoming events
The next Connect Me events for 2025 are scheduled for:
- Saturday 14 June at La Moye School
- Saturday 22 November at Hautlieu School
These community events will offer a range of activities aimed at engaging participants of all ages.

Free family event at La Moye School.
Come along to a free fun-filled family event at St Clement's School on Saturday 14 June, 10am to 2pm at La Route Orange, St Brelade, Jersey, JE3 8GQ.
