Summary

The Objective Assessment of Housing Need Report (“the OAHNR”) provides an analysis of Jersey’s future housing requirements. It provides a comprehensive evidence-base of the island’s housing requirements across a range of different population scenarios.

It will be used to help inform decisions about the number and types of new homes that will be required over the next Island Plan period, 2021 to 2030.
