Inspector's Report

The Inspector submitted his report to the Minister for Planning and Environment on 7 August 2013.

The Minister issued the decision on 27 August 2013.

In light of the information within the Inspector's report and all other material considerations the application for planning permission to construct 19 sheltered accommodation units, communal building and new vehicular access on Field No. 622, La Rue de la Croute, St Ouen, JE3 2GG has been refused.

The Planning and Environment Minister, Deputy Rob Duhamel, has called a Public Inquiry into the above application and had appointed Ms Ruth MacKenzie as the independent Inspector. However due to unforeseen circumstances Ms Mackenzie has had to withdrawn and the Minister has appointed Mr David Bushby as the Inspector.
