Income Support is extra money we can give to help people who do not have enough money.

Telling us if you travel outside of Jersey
If someone is staying in hospital in the UK, you need to tell us:

You and anyone you live with can travel outside of Jersey for up to 28 days every year.

If you are going to the UK for medical treatment, you can stay outside of Jersey for more than 28 days.
If you are looking for work, you are not allowed to travel for 28 days. You can receive less money if you travel.

Changes to your education

Changes to your health and care

You could get extra money if you have an illness or disability for more than 6 months.

Stop receiving Income Support
