Accessing free period products

You can get free period products for yourself or someone else at many locations on Island:

liners
pads
tampons
re-usable products, such as menstrual cups and period pants

The type of products offered depends on the location.

Free period products are available to Islanders or visitors if you:

have forgotten or run out of products
cannot afford products
have come on your period unexpectedly

You don’t need to order. You can just come to one of the locations and pick-up what you need.

Public toilets are open 24/7.

Period pants

You can get period pants for teens or adults.

Mesh bags are also available if you want to select more than 1 product.

Menstrual cups

You can get menstrual cups in size 1 and 2.

Size 1 cups are for women aged under 30 who have not given birth.

You should use a size 2 if you're aged over 30 or have given birth.

The cup comes with an organic cotton bag.
