Recycling: bathroom suites


How you can recycle bathroom suites

When sinks, toilets or baths are damaged or not suitable for repurposing, they can be disposed of at the Household Reuse and Recycling Centre:

  • taps, plugs and other metal should be removed and put in the metal container at the Household Reuse and Recycling Centre
  • rock, concrete, brick, asphalt, gravel and sand need to be disposed of in the hardcore and rubble container at the Household Reuse and Recycling Centre
  • ceramics, slate and tiles need to be disposed of in the non-recyclable hardcore and rubble container at the Household Reuse and Recycling Centre
  • plasterboard should be disposed of in the plasterboard container at the Household Reuse and Recycling Centre

‚ÄčReusable items from your bathroom suites can be taken to the Acorn Reuse Centre at the Household Reuse and Recycling Centre, La Collette.
