Metal pans can be recycled in the metals container at La Collette:

  • remove any wooden or plastic handles if you can
  • make sure your pans are clean

How you can reduce or reuse saucepans

  • old saucepans can be used for outdoor cooking and camping
  • coated copper cookware can be relined with a protective layer to give it new life
  • some charity shops accept saucepans in good condition

Good to know

Antique or good quality pans may be able to be refurbished to look like new.
