About the consultation
The Minister for Planning and Regulation has received an application for a waste management license from an existing operator of a waste transfer station.
Planning permission was granted on 23 February 2018 and further amended on 18 June 2020.
This is a consultation made under Waste Management (Jersey) Law, 2005. If granted, the licence will allow for the Regulation of an existing waste transfer station.

How to submit comments to the consultation
Any person who wishes to comment on the application should do so in writing to the Minister at the address below.
The Minister will provide the applicant with copies of all comments. The applicant may respond to these comments by writing to the Minister within 14 days of receipt of the copies.
No decisions will be made by the Minister until the time limits for making comments have elapsed.
