About the consultation
The Minister for the Environment has prepared draft supplementary planning guidance for the future use and regeneration of the Aviemore site on Rue de la Pouclée et des Quatre Chemins, St Martin.
The States have previously considered selling this site from the public estate and redeveloping it to raise money for a Care Leavers Fund.
This draft guidance sets out the planning considerations linked to the proposal.
It aims to support a good planning outcome and makes sure any future development follows the policies in the Island Plan.
The Minister would like to hear your comments on the draft guidance by 23 February 2026.
