About the consultation

The purpose of this brief is to establish the general planning principles for the development of Field 785, La Rue des Cosnets, St Ouen, following its rezoning for affordable housing in the Revised 2011 Island Plan which was approved by the States in July 2014 (P.37/2014). It sets out the guidelines to
be adopted when preparing detailed development proposals.
