About the consultation

This consultation paper sets out the Minister for Planning and Environment’s proposals for the contents of a planning brief that will help to guide the regeneration and development of the former Jersey College for Girls site at Rouge Bouillon, St Helier.

The purpose of the brief is to establish general development principles and guidelines that should be considered when preparing detailed proposals for redevelopment.

The Minister would like to hear the views of those interested in and affected by the proposed guidelines.
