Health and Care Partnership Board

​ ​​​​About the Health and Care Partnership Board

The Health and Care Partnership Board brings together government and non‑government providers from across Jersey's health and care system. The Board works collaboratively to plan how to improve the health and wellbeing of Islanders through safe, effective, affordable and joined‑up care.

The Board supports partnership working across health, care and community services, helping to ensure services meet the needs of Islanders now and in the future.

Board membership

The Board includes representatives from Health and Care Jersey (HCJ), the wider Government of Jersey, and community health and care providers.

The 11 newly appointed community members are:

  • Donna Abel – Third Sector Services
  • Aisling Adams – End of Life Care
  • Dr Alessio Agostinis – Clinical Psychology
  • Dr Chris Edmond – Occupational Health
  • Sarah Evans – Care Homes
  • Louise Hotton – Allied Health Professionals (Occupational Therapy)
  • Dr Nigel Minihane – General Practice
  • Sarah Pollard – Community Dental
  • Nima Rad – Community Pharmacy
  • Claire White – Community Nursing
  • James Yetman – Home Care

These members sit alongside:

  • Chair: Rosemarie Finley
  • Vice Chair: Matt Johnson

Meeting dates 2026

The Health and Care Partnership Board will meet on:

  • Thursday 2 July, 3pm to 6pm
  • Thursday 24 September, 3pm to 6pm
  • Thursday 10 December, 3pm to 6pm

These meetings are not held in public.

Terms of reference

The Partnership Board operates under formal Terms of Reference agreed by the Minister for Health and Social Services and the States Assembly. 

The Terms of Reference set out the Board’s purpose, responsibilities and ways of working. 

These include examining Islanders’ health and wellbeing needs, addressing systemwide challenges, and overseeing the delivery of safe, effective and joined up health and care services.​
