1 Prohibition Notice was served on all work due to multiple health and safety failings, including unsafe excavation, uncontrolled access, and inadequately controlled risks from falls from height, on a construction site

Improvement ​​Notices

5 Improvement Notices were served:

• 2 for failing to suitably plan, manage and monitor the construction phase of the project
• 2 for failing to provide appropriate welfare amenities on site
• ​1 for failing to take suitable and sufficient measures to prevent employees and sub-contractors falling from height​​
