Services.gov.je is our online customer website that gives​ you easy access to Government of Jersey services.

It brings together a growing list of services in one place, with a consistent and user-friendly experience, no matter which part of government you’re dealing with.​

Services.gov.je is being developed over time. More services will be added and existing ones improved, so you can access more of what you need in one place.

Key features​

​O​n services.gov.je you can:

• ​update your contact details, such as your address, quickly and easily so all Government departments have the most up-to-date information
• access your effective tax rate for the last 2​ years
• check current sickness benefit claims and see details of your payments at any time
• get a digital registration card ​that you can access whenever you need and share securely with employers or landlords
• browse our full service directory to find government services by category or A to Z, so you can find what you need quickly and easily
• book appointments online and view your appointment details on your personal dashboard
• link your children to your profile so when you update your contact details, their linked records (such as school or GP) can be updated automatically
• link your vehicles to your profile so changes to your address are shared with Driver and Vehicle Standards automatically​

​Accessing you​r services.gov.je account

You can use services.gov.je without creating an account, but logging in gives you full access to all features.

When you're logged in, your personal and contact details will pull through automatically when you book appointments or complete online forms, making it quicker and easier. You can also access information linked to you, such as sickness benefit claims, your digital registration card and your effective tax rate.

To log in or set up your account for the first time, you'll need a digital ID with JerseyMe or Yoti​.

Once you're ready:

• visit service​s.gov.je​
• select Log in in the top right corner
• choose JerseyMe or Yoti and follow the steps on screen
