How many of the Human Resources team at Cyril Le Marquand House have been trained in restorative justice / solutions processes?

Response

No Human Resources staff have been formally trained in restorative justice methodology.

However, we have staff, no more than 10, who have been trained in mediation which has some similar utilisation of comparable skills.
