Since the General Election in 2014, how many meetings of the Privileges and Procedures Committee have taken place and at how many of those has Senator Ozouf been absent?

Response

Between 20 November 2014 and 6 December 2016 there have been 51 meetings of the Privileges and Procedures Committee. 19 of these were conducted via email.

Senator Philip Ozouf was not in attendance at 16 of the face-to-face meetings, having recused himself from two of those meetings. At one of the face-to-face meetings he attended via a video link. He was not in attendance at 12 of the email meetings, having recused himself from two of those meetings.

In total, Senator Ozouf was not in attendance for 28 of the 51 meetings.

This response has been issued on behalf of the States Greffe. The States Greffe is responsible for the information held by (and on behalf of) both itself and the States Assembly.  Neither the States Assembly nor the States Greffe form part of the Government of Jersey and the Government was not involved either in the examination and retrieval of any information required for this response, nor in the drafting of the response itself.
