The total cost incurred was £12,640. This consisted of:

This cost covered communicating to the public from the middle of September to the end of November, to inform them of the move of services to La Motte Street and the closure of customer services in other buildings. The costs covered leaflets and posters, three advertisements in the Jersey Evening Post, boosted social media posts and digital adverts, a three-week, 40-second radio advert on Radio 103 and an advert in the Parish Magazine – Our Island. There were no design costs, since all collateral was designed in house by the government Communications team.
