Please supply copies of all correspondence, whether by e-mail or by letter, that took place between Deputy Russell Labey, acting in his role as Chairman of the Havre des Pas Improvement Group on the one hand, and Deputy Eddie Noel, Minister for Infrastructure (until June 2018) or any officer of the Transport and Technical Services Department on the other, between 1 January 2018 and 31 May 2018.
