Concerning the new hospital:

A

Has a comprehensive "design brief" been completed?

If so who was responsible for doing this?

Does it include a "mental health" unit?

Does it include accommodation for Doctors and Nurses?

Does it include a catering unit to replace the one at St Peters which is not complete?

If this "design brief" is not yet completed, bearing in mind two months have passed since the last States debate on the Hospital, when will it be completed?

This information is absolutely critical before any site should or could be considered.
