Request

Please list any States Deputies who do not officially reside within the Parishes they claim to currently represent?

I would also like a list of States Members who currently reside in either an Andium of Jersey Housing Trust Home that should really be for the benefit of those on a below average income?

Finally, please list any States Member who is known to be a Freemason?

Response

Deputies are not required to inform the States Greffe whether or not they officially reside in the Parish or District they represent. The official address used by each States member is available on their dedicated page on the States Assembly website, with all such pages accessible at the following link:

Members

The States Greffe does not actively collect information about whether States Members are tenants of Andium Homes or a Housing Trust. States Members may themselves choose to include such information when they register their interests (although it is not an explicit requirement to do so). Amongst current members, Deputy Judy Martin has included such information on her registration.

Similarly, the States Greffe does not actively collect information about whether States Members are Freemasons. Again, however, States Members may choose to include such information in their registration of interests (although it too is not an explicit requirement). Amongst current members, Connétable Philip Le Sueur and Deputy Graham Truscott have registered this information.

Each States member’s registration of their interests is available on their dedicated page on the States Assembly website, a link to which has been provided above.

This response has been issued on behalf of the States Greffe. The States Greffe is responsible for the information held by (and on behalf of) both itself and the States Assembly. Neither the States Assembly nor the States Greffe form part of the Government of Jersey and the Government was not involved either in the examination and retrieval of any information required for this response, nor in the drafting of the response itself.
