Response

As part of the wider States Public Sector Reform a transformation programme is underway in the Information Services department. This is providing an opportunity to review the costs for providing IT systems across the organisation.

Due to ongoing reviews in this programme, we are currently unable to release the information that you have requested, due to it being deemed potentially commercially sensitive. 

Exemption

Therefore an exemption, Article 33 Commercial Interests, is being applied as information is qualified exempt information if:

(a) it constitutes a trade secret; or
(b) its disclosure would, or would be likely to, prejudice the commercial interests of a person (including the scheduled public authority holding the information).
