Please may I apply for the latest draft and any relevant emails pertaining to the latest pandemic plan as mentioned in the article linked below.

I am interested in any emails to and from Charlie Parker and John Le Fondre relevant to the pandemic plan in the last six months.

I note that it was refused due to Commercial sensitivity. I understood that the Government should have a presumption to openness and find ways to make a document available. Therefore, I am happy for any commercially sensitive Information to be redacted.
