Please advise the percentage of arrivals that test positive only on day five of entry into the Island. For example, those that tested negative on day one but positive on day five?

Response

From the Borders being implemented on 3 July to 31 October, 12% of positive cases from inbound travel were identified at their day five test who were negative on the day of arrival (day 0)
