A.

Please advise how many drivers have been either suspended or revocation with their PSV licences since 2013 and for how long.

B.

In view of drivers continuing to operate by Jersey lifts please advise how many have been prosecuted for driving without a valid licence PSV for hire or reward as all driving licences are issued with endorsements 101 not hire or reward.

Response

A.

Two PSV badge holders have had their badges revoked.

Six drivers have had their PSV badges suspended for terms ranging between three and 28 days.
