Regarding the 429 applicants who were stated as being the highest priority (Band one) on the most recent Affordable Housing Gateway Waiting List report (31 March 2021), please supply a breakdown of these Band one applicants by:
A
Their bed size need (eg studio flat, one bed, two bed, and so on).
B
Their present tenancy status, eg whether they are resident in private sector accommodation or are existing social housing tenants seeking to transfer to alternative social housing accommodation.
Please provide both of these breakdowns jointly for all applicants, so that it can be clearly seen, for example, how many Band one applicants needing one bed flats are resident in the private sector and how many Band one applicants needing one bed flats are social housing transfers.
