Government acting as guarantor for loans (FOI)

Government acting as guarantor for loans (FOI)

Request

Please can you confirm the value of loans for which the government is acting as a guarantor. I am particularly interested in the value of loans taken out by Andium Homes and Jersey Development Company where the Government is acting as guarantor. I would be helpful to have figures for the last three years

Response

Information detailing the level of government guarantees is included in the annual report and accounts which is available on our website: www.gov.je.  Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has therefore been applied.

To assist the requestor we have included a link to the last three years’ annual accounts confirming the page on which the information can be located.
