If appearing at a court de facto, is it true that I can refuse its offer of the service of arbitration and wave all the benefits and choose to remain in common law jurisdiction?

Can I choose to remain in common law jurisdiction in general? eg when stopped in the street for a stop and account.

If you are at the magistrates for a minor common law offence (which can be dealt with at the magistrates), is it true to say if you request it a jury can and will be summoned so you can be judged by a number of your peers, (which is stated in the magna carta)?

D.

If summoned to the magistrates court for a statue law, is the magistrates court a court de jure or a court de facto?

E.

In regards to law (common and statue) is Jersey bound by European law? by UK law? or does it vary depending on the case in matter?
