Minutes from SoJ Development Company Board meeting (FOI)

Minutes from SoJ Development Company Board meeting (FOI)

Produced by the Freedom of Information office
Authored by States of Jersey and published on 15 December 2015.
Prepared internally, no external costs.

Request

Please would you supply the relevant minute and/or  reference from  the States  of Jersey Development Company Board meeting held on 3 February 2014 as confirmed to the States Assembly at a public sitting by Senator Philip Ozouf the following day, 4 February 2014.

I only need to see the specific minute / reference relating to the instruction that the then Treasury Minister confirmed to the States that he gave the Board, so to preempt any confidentiality issues, the rest of the minutes can be redacted.
The relevant instruction is referred to in the public domain with in the Hansard of the States sitting of 4 February 2014.

The instruction was discussed in a public Corporate Services Scrutiny Panel Hearing dated Monday 8 June, 2015 in which the Chairman and CEO of the SoJDC gave evidence and were asked about the instruction.

There should be no privacy issues as it has been aired twice in the public domain.

Response

The minutes of the meeting referred to in the request have been examined.

They do not refer to the subject matter of this request.

This was confirmed in an answer to an oral question given by the Treasury and Resources minister in the States Assembly on 16 June 2015.

The following is a link to that question and answer.
