There are currently over 70 members of the Health and Care Partnership Group from various charities, private health and care providers, other health and care organisations including, GPs, dentists and the Government of Jersey. There is no requirement for the attendee to be clinically qualified and therefore this information is not held. Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.

The qualifications held by an individual is personal information. In order to protect the privacy of the individual, Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied. However, doctors, nurses and clinicians are required to register with professional bodies, who publish a register online for members of the public to access.
The job description for the role within the Clinical and Professional Advisory Forum states: "You must possess an appropriate qualification relevant to your profession. Professional registration is also required". All of those that are members of the Board met the eligibility criteria of the Forum. The job description can be found here:

Article 3 - Meaning of "information held by a public authority"
For the purposes of this Law, information is held by a public authority if –
(a) it is held by the authority, otherwise than on behalf of another person; or
(b) it is held by another person on behalf of the authority.
Article 25 - Personal information
(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005.
(2) Information is absolutely exempt information if –
(a) it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is not the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005; and
(b) its supply to a member of the public would contravene any of the data protection principles, as defined in that Law.
